You know this: Your clients progress faster in well-run groups.
You will, too.

Groups are a fantastic way to grow your business from a great idea to a thriving practice. A group means having more people to bounce ideas off of, more connections in the field, more people who really understand, more support, and more people to celebrate your steps toward freedom from agencies or jobs you don’t love! We all need people to back us and believe in us. Having a group to cheer you on, provide feedback, and possibly send referrals to is invaluable.

Groups provide more bang for your buck.

This will give you more of a chance to save money to start or invest in your practice. I’m providing all the information we would talk about in individual consultation, I don’t hold anything back because I really want you to be successful. I’m challenging you to shift perspective, get work done, and market yourself in ways that don’t feel slimy. That way you can work with the clients you want to work with at the times you want to work.

New groups start Thursdays in January

They meet weekly january 6 through march 22

GROUP OUTCOMES

N

Gain clarity on what you want your practice to be so you know where you’re headed

N

Know which clients you want to work with and how to reach them

N

Identify your blocks and work through them

N

Have a website that you feel proud of which attracts the people you work with best

N

Create ideal clients out of seemingly non-ideal referrals

N

Increase confidence in your counseling skills AND business acumen

N

Invest in self-care as you go (instead of y’know, being too busy/broke/distracted/other-seemingly-legit-excuse)

N

Get over your fear of networking and meet potential referral sources happily and comfortably

N

Work through your money stuff. From fee-setting to spending money in a way that reflects your values to feeling guilty about making really good money (But I’m a Social Worker, I’m not supposed to make 6 figures!) we’ll hash it out

N

Understand what marketing is worth your time and money, including the pros and cons of SEO, social media, online listings, blogging, print advertisement, radio or TV promotion, mailers, speaking, tabling, etc.

N

Decide which business structure makes the most sense for you (i.e. S-Corp vs Sole Proprietorship). I’ll explain what they are and how they work in plain, unpretentious English. Trust me—this is important so you don’t screw yourself over come tax season

N

Work significantly less than any full-time agency job you’ve had while making significantly more money (For example, at my last agency job, I made $43,500 working 45 hours per week plus on-call. My first full year of private practice I earned $94,000 working an average of 27 hours per week)

N

CYA like a pro (cause you are) with direction for your informed consents, financial agreements, releases of information, etc.

N

Practice staying calm, focused, and optimistic as you build your practice

N

Learn what to look for in an office and get tips on how to furnish it on a budget

N

Choose or create systems that make your life easier and keep you organized

INVESTMENT

 THAT’S SO MUCH MONEY >         FAQs >         SCHEDULE A FREE 30 MIN FIT CONSULTATION>

These are not stand-alone groups and are part of a curriculum that fits together like a lovely success-building puzzle. The Abundance Practice-Building Group commitment is for the 3 months of scheduled, closed groups. Fees apply whether you attend all groups or not (but if group members permit we can record faciliatated groups for you if you have to miss).

And one more important thing, the Money Back Guarantee. If you participate in the first three facilitated groups and first three peer led groups, do all the homework between groups, and don’t feel the group is going to meet your needs, I will happily refund your money. I want you to be super-successful but I don’t have to be the one to get you there.
